Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey (FMANJ)
Organized in 1933, the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey represents petroleum marketers and industry suppliers conducting business in the state of New Jersey. FMANJ's members market heating oil, motor fuels and other petroleum products and associated services.

Energy Information Administration (EIA)
The Energy Information Administration (EIA), created by Congress in 1977, is a statistical agency of the U.S. Department of Energy. Its mission is to provide policy-independent data, forecasts, and analyses to promote sound policy making, efficient markets, and public understanding regarding energy and its interaction with the economy and the environment.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
The mission of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) is to assist low income households, particularly those with the lowest incomes that pay a high proportion of household income for home energy, even if heat is included in the rent. Monthly income cannot exceed $1,950 for one or $3,975 for a family of four, but is based on last month's income. The program is adminstered by the Department of Community Affairs. New Jersey Statewide Heating Assistance and Referral for Energy Services (NJ SHARES)
New Jersey Statewide Heating Assistance and Referral for Energy Services (New Jersey SHARES) is a non-profit organization charged with a mission to provide assistance to individuals and families living in New Jersey who are in need of temporary help in paying their energy bills. NJShares provides one-time bill payments of up to $1,300. To qualify, you must show a hsitory of payment your bills on time and that you are currently in financial crisis. Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program
The Citizens Energy Oil Heat Program provides discount home heating oil to poor and elderly households in cold weather states. This unique program helps protect needy families from volatile heating oil prices. In partnership with CITGO, Citizens Energy works with Jersey Oil to provide deliveries of home heating oil to those in need. This year the Oil Heat Program will provide eligible families a one-time delivery of 100 gallons
